Call to order 6:15 2. Establish a Quorum (Yes) established: Hilary Heard, Tom Ash, Aaron Ash, Thad Ash, Wayne Spritka, John White, Steve Jennerjohn, Dawn Uecker, Candice Dart, Mike Kuehn, Lora Jorgensen, Ruth Wilke (via zoom) 3. Approve Agenda, Motion by Steve , seconded by Thad to approve the agenda. 4. Approve February Minutes, Motion by Thad, seconded by Steve to approve the minutes of May 20, 2026 . 5. Liaison Report – 6. Financial Report – Steve Jennerjohn – Sponsorships up about $5,000 from last year Total Cash on Hand - $347,000 Bills for Camper Holding tank have not been received yet Need to make sure we have W-9s for all companies. Motion by Thad, Second by Aaron 7. 2026 Fair A. Tech/Ticketing – 1. Set dates for learning date – New email for square communication. Need 7 emails for all square devices. Emails will be through county, approximately $1500 - $2000 per year. Learning Date for officers at next meeting. Learning Date for gate workers will be in Early August. 2. Gate Workers – Steve has most positions filled. Still need to reach out to a few yet from last year. Dawn will reach out to fill open spots. B. Events/Contracts – Still waiting on Door County Daily News & Let’s Go Door County, all other contracts are secured. Verify any out of state addresses for contracts. C. Marketing – Rack cards are complete, posters complete. Have been given to Paper Boy to distribute. Pulse Ad will be going in shortly D. Sponsorships – 1. Packets – Get assembled by next meeting. Will hand out as many as possible in person. Need to know count of Daily Tickets and Season Tickets for Aaron. E. Vendor – Mike – have 15 vendors so far that are pending drop off/completion of their paperwork. Craft Fair – 16 to 18 vendors so far, potentially more. Will vend 3 days Fri/sat/Sun. Pony Rides – Will be coming. F. Other – 1. Dairy Cattle/Milking Parlor Dairy Cattle will have to stay on site for duration of show. Will likely be placed to south of bathrooms on south end of midway. 2. Gate Banners – Reuse Banners from Last year? Should be fine to Re-use. We will need Kwik Trip banners back. 3. Extra security – Night of stock car races 4. Night Cleanup – Do we need it? Just by Stands and on Midway. Doesn’t need to do in Buildings. 5. Square Reconciliation on back of report. 6. Dog Showcase – Saturday Morning 9 – 11 (set up/take down/show/Gone by 11). No dogs on Midway after event. Choices for locations: Pig Barn, Beef Barn, Pavillion. 7. Shavings – anyone else need? No. Just need to verify amounts. 8. Podcast – July 1st after 3:30 or later in July. Hillary/Tom will do. 9. Let’s Go Door County – Get list of top sponsors to Nick 8. Next Meeting – Wednesday, 29th at Fairgrounds – Junior Fair Building/Secretary office Super Meeting 6:15 – Board Meeting to follow. Tech Training - Wednesday, August 5th 6:15pm at Fairgrounds, Junior Fair Building for anyone who cant make that meeting, There will be another opportunity on Tuesday, August 11th at 6:15pm 9.
