Call to order 6:15 2. Establish a Quorum __Yes established: Hilary Heard, Tom Ash, Alexis Tassoul, Lora Jorgenson, Aaron Ash, Thad Ash, Wayne Spritka, John White, Mike Kuehn, Steve Jennerjohn, Dawn Uecker, Candice Dart 3. Approve Agenda Motion by Thad Ash, seconded by Aaron Ash to approve the agenda. 4. Approve January Minutes (see attached) Motion by Steve Jennerjohn, seconded by John White to approve the minutes of January, 2026. 5. Liaison Report - Nothing new to report. 6. Financial Report - Nothing new to report. Motion by Thad Ash, seconded by John White to approve the Financial Report. 7. 2026 Fair A. Tech - All necessary technology items have been ordered, and an account has been set up on Square for the fair. Aaron proposed a new ticketing option for next year’s fair, and the group responded positively to the idea. B. Events- Contracts are still in the works. Jurassic Park World’s contract is all good to go. Stock cars on Saturday and demo derby on Sunday are not finalized yet. C. Sponsorships - Letters were sent out this week to businesses. 8. Other a. There may be some extra space in the Merchants building for some sort of other display/event. Lora has some ideas for this space: speakers, workshops, demonstrations B. Hilary put in her resignation letter for after this fair. If we know of anyone, we should reach out to them for feelers. C. Pricing for tickets of next year: $25 preseason up until July 19, $30 season and $12 daily at the gate after July 19th and during the fair. 9. Next Meeting - Wednesday March 25, 2026 10.
