Call to Order & Roll Call 6 The September 8, 2026 meeting of the Green Tier Legacy Community Committee was called to order 7 by Chair Louise Howson at 8:31 A.M. 8 9 Present: Louise Howson, Jill Wiebe, Lisa O’Hearn, and Mary Smythe. Paula Anschutz was absent. 10 11 Staff: Benjamin Andrews Village Administrator, Julie Thyssen Village Clerk. 12 13 2. Approval of the Agenda 14 Wiebe proposed amending the agenda by reversing the order of Items 5a and 5b, conducting the 15 Marina Fest Event Review prior to the Strategic Planning discussion.
