Special Town Board Meeting Minutes 05/27/2026 SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING 2404 Park Road May 27, 2026, at 2:15PM. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Dave Eliot at 2:15PM. In Attendance to Establish Quorum: Chairman Dave Eliot, Peter Jacobs, Paul Kordon, and Sue Tishler. Roberta Thelen was absent. Also, in attendance were Clerk Haley Adams, Deputy Clerk Katie Virlee, Treasurer Dave Smith, and Public Works Supervisor Ryan Weisgerber. Pledge of Allegiance Verify Posting/Accept Agenda: Haley Adams verified the agenda was posted properly. Motion made by Sue Tishler to accept the agenda as presented. Second by Peter Jacobs. Motion Carried. Town Hall Well, Install Constant Pressure System: Motion made by Peter Jacobs to approve the estimate from Anschutz Plumbing & Heating for $7,928.00. Second by Paul Kordon. Motion Carried. Application for Temporary “Class B” License for NDCC Annual Gala: Motion made by Paul Kordon to approve the Temporary “Class B” License for NDCC Annual Gala. Second by Sue Tishler. Motion Carried. Adopt Resolution #2026-02 Calling for State Action on Tugboat Donny S.: Motion made by Paul Kordon to adopt Resolution #2026-02 Calling for State Action on Tugboat Donny S. Second by Sue Tishler. Motion Carried. Motion to enter into Closed Session per WI State Statutes §19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. - Public Works interviews: Motion made by Dave Eliot to enter into Closed Session per WI State Statutes §19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. - Public Works interviews. Second by Sue Tishler. Roll Call: Peter Jacobs – Aye, Paul Kordon – Aye, Dave Eliot – Aye, Sue Tishler – Aye, Roberta Thelen – Absent. Motion Carried. Also Present is Haley Adams, Katie Virlee, and Ryan Weisgerber. Motion to enter back into open session per WI State Statutes §19.85(2): Motion made by Paul Kordon to enter back into open session per WI State Statutes §19.85(2). Second by Peter Jacobs. Roll Call: Peter Jacobs – Aye, Paul Kordon – Aye, Dave Eliot – Aye, Sue Tishler – Aye, Roberta Thelen – Absent. Motion Carried. Also Present is Haley Adams, Katie Virlee, and Ryan Weisgerber. Recommendations from Closed Session: Motion made by Dave Eliot to move forward with the job offer and pay scale discussed in Closed Session. Second by Sue Tishler. Motion Carried.
