Board of Review Minutes 5/4/2026 at 11AM TOWN OF BAILEYS HARBOR 2026 BOARD OF REVIEW Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Town Chairman Dave Eliot at 11:00AM at the Fire station located at 2404 Park Rd. Roll call to establish quorum: Chairman Dave Eliot – present, Supervisor Roberta Thelen– present, Supervisor Peter Jacobs – present, Supervisor Sue Tishler– present, and Town clerk Haley Adams. Also, in attendance was Town Assessor Zachary Zacharias. Haley Adams verified the agenda was posted property. Motion made/second Sue Tishler/Peter Jacobs to accept the agenda. Carried. Selection of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson: Dave Eliot was selected to be Chairperson and Sue Tishler was selected to be Vice-Chairperson. Verification of Training: Chairman Dave Eliot and Haley Adams verified that they have completed Board of Review training. Verification of Assessment Roll & Assessor Oath: Zack Zacharias from Action Appraisers & Consultants Inc was sworn in and verified the 2026 Assessment Roll. 2026 Board of Review – Hearing of Objections/Discussions & Action: Each Objector was sworn in by Town Clerk Haley Adams. Robert Ladd did attend and asked a few questions regarding his property at 7708 W Kangaroo Lake Rd. He inquired that since his home is being rebuilt and partially constructed, he would like his assessment to go from 978,500 to 565,500. Zack from Action Appraisers, prior to the meeting, worked with Robert Ladd to make any necessary adjustments. No action was deemed necessary by the Board of Review.
