2026 BOARD OF REVIEW
Monday, May 18th, 2026, at 6:45 p.m.
Sevastopol Town Hall
4528 State Highway 57, Sturgeon Bay, WI
Call to Order – 2026 Board of Review Pursuant to Sec. 70.47(2), Wisconsin Statutes.
Chairman, Dan Woelfel, called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.
Establish Quorum. In addition to Chairman Woelfel, the following Board members
were in attendance and constitute a quorum: Supervisor Jeanne Vogel, Supervisor
Linda Wait, Supervisor Stacie Denil.
Adjourn to Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) or until such time as the
2026 Assessment Roll is complete. Motion by Wait and second by Vogel to adjourn
to July 21st, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon), or until such time as the 202 6 assessment
roll is complete. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 6: 47
p.m.
