No official mee+ng due to lack of quorum. 2.Establish Quorum - No quorum met. 3.Adopt Agenda 4.Approval of Minutes - 5.New Business a. Introduc+on of new Town Representa+ve - Stacie Denil 1. survey - Stacie provided a member survey to present member and discussed methods of distribu+ng to the remained of methods. Mail, email, online survey. b. Triathlon EMR par+cipa+on - Discussion of addi+onal events within Sevastopol for EMRs to par+cipate and be seen within the community. c. Recruitment - Discussion of community outreach. d. American Heart Associa+on - BLS updates - no discussion e. Call Review - 88% response to calls, 84 calls to date. f. Chief360 vs Ac+ve 911 - County municipali+es will no longer be using ac+ve 911 come 2027. Chief360 will be demo’d at the May Chief’s Mee+ng. g. Training Requests - Discussion of hands on training and how to provide more training opportuni+es to members. 6. Old Business a. Equipment and Supplies -needs - Life vests for Cave Point Response. b. grant funds - traffic wands, other member ideas or requests c. CommiDee Update - Stacie is new representa+ve from town board. d. Wisconsin State License Renewal -Reminder to renew by June 30th. 7.Open Session - Discussion on ways to mo+vate and recruit. Possible incen+ves for members?
