EMR Agency Meeting — Minutes

Town of Sevastopol EMR Agency Training Session - Notes Wednesday, April 1, 2026 – 7:00 p.m. 4528 State Highway 57, (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Call to Order. Crew Chief Ashley Staats called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Other Sevastopol EMR Agency members who attended the meeting were Grant Estes, Jason Staats, Nathan Daoust, and Joe Conlon. The attendance was insufficient to constitute a quorum, so a training session was held. Also in attendance was Sevastopol Town Supervisor Trent Olsen. Review of Sevastopol EMR Paged Calls for 2026. Ashley Staats presented call statistics for the first quarter of 2026, noting 64 calls with 10 unanswered, for an 84% response rate. Equipment Needs. Assistant Crew Chief Grant Estes is working on the jackets to be quoted for Sevastopol EMR logo embroidery. No other pressing equipment needs were noted. EMR Member Recruitment. No applications have been received yet. Trent was reminded to bring up recruitment at the April board meeting, citing the need for south Glidden Drive. Next Agenda Items / Meeting Date.
