EMR Agency Meeting Wednesday February 4, 2026, 7:00 PM 4528 State Highway 57, (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Called to order: 7:00 Established Quorum: One short quorum, a training session was carried out instead of an Agency meeting Attendance: Ashley Staats, Trent Olsen, Whitney Bittorf, Anthony Moore, Grant Estes, Andy Staats, Nathan Daoust, and Joe Conlon Agenda: was noted as being properly noticed. Pending Business: Call Review: Several calls were reviewed for proper procedure and discussion. 2026 Call Statistics: 24 calls , 4 no response calls, 83 percent of calls have been responded to Inventory: Next purchased planned will be Defib batteries, but will wait until needed. Inventory list being sent to Amy on 2/5/2026 New Business: Agency Roster: It was noted that 5 of 6 EMR’s who received letters left the EMR group. One sent a letter saying wished to remain on and has attended calls in 2025, but was not clicking in. He now clicks into calls and has attended two calls and a meeting since receiving the letter from the EMR committee. New members: One possible, but taking a job in Green Bay. Will keep looking.
