Approval of minutes from February 3, 2025. V. Pending Business a. Open nominations for Executive Officer Positions: Crew Chief, Assistant Crew Chief, and Secretary b. Close nominations of Executive Officers c. Election of Executive Officers VI. New Business a. Review roster of members for recommendations of inactive members for removal b. Discussion and potential adoption of point system for continued membership in Sevastopol EMR Agency  Possible points system: 15 points per year with minimum 5 calls (2 points each) and meetings (1 point per meeting/training)  Members being removed can submit an appeal to executive board and committee  Mid-year reviews will be done so members will be aware they are not meeting minimum VII.
