EMR Agency Meeting Wednesday January 7, 2026, 7:00 PM 4528 State Highway 57, (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Called to order: 7:10 Established Quorum: 11 in attendance, quorum attained Attendance: Ashley Staats, Trent Olsen, Whitney Bittorf, Justin McDonald, Austin Staats, Grant Estes. Jasper Staats, Andy Staats. Jason Staats, Nathan Daoust. Nick West, and Joe Conlon. Agenda: was noted as being properly noticed. Whitney motioned for Agenda to be approved, seconded by Joe, motion carried. Minutes from February 2, 2025 were reviewed. Whitney motioned for Agenda to be approved, seconded by Joe, motion carried. New Business: Nominations for Executive Board Nominations opened. Chief: Whitney nominated Ashley, seconded by Grant. No other nominations. Nominations closed and Agency unanimously voted for Ashley. Assistant crew chief – Grant Estes nominated by Ashley, Andy seconded. No other nominations, closed nominations, Agency unanimously voted for Grant as Assistant Crew Chief. Secretary – Grant nominated Whitney, Austin seconded, no other nominations, nominations closed, Agency unanimously voted for Whitney as Secretary. Call Review: Several calls were reviewed for proper procedure and discussion. Nathan pointed out proper locations to park vehicles so emergency vehicle lights are not blocked. 2025 Call Statistics: 227 calls , 43 no response calls, 81 percent of calls have been responded to. Grant did 139 Proposed points system was reviewed: • Leave of absence allowed leaving members as active/voting, but do not have to meet minimum requirements o Medical or active-duty military - reviewed and approved by executive officers and committee • Points system – 15 points per year with minimum 5 calls (2 points each) and meetings (1 point per meeting/training) • Members being removed can submit an appeal to executive board and committee • Mid-year reviews will be done so members will be aware they are not meeting minimum Standard Operating Guideline #020 dated 1/7/2026 Whitney motion to approve, Jason second, unanimously approved Agenda Items for Next Meeting: Review of membership changes and recommendations for new members.
