EMR Committee Meeting Wednesday, January 7, 2026, 8:05 PM 4528 State Highway 57, (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Called to order: 8:05 Established Quorum: Yes Attendance: Ashley Staats, Trent Olsen, Whitney Bittorf, Justin McDonald, Grant Estes, Agenda: properly noticed; Motion Made by Ashely Staats, Second by Trent Olsen: Motion Carried Minutes: From December 2, 2025, Ashley Staats made motion to approve, second by Trent Olsen, motion Carried Year to Date Call Statistics: 227 calls , 43 no response calls, 81 percent of calls have been responded to. Equipment Needs: Guardian Angel lights handed out at January 7 meeting. New Business: Membership review – Lowest performing 6 members of the group will receive letters inquiring about intentions to remain in group. Letters will be sent on January 12. Members have until January 31 to respond to the Crew Chief with a request to stay on the roster. Without response, they must return all equipment to Town of Sevastopol by February 1, 2026.
