EMR Committee Meeting Wednesday, September 3, 2025, 7:50 PM (Following EMR Agency Training) 4528 State Highway 57, (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Called to order: 7:50 Established Quorum: Yes Attendance: Ashley Staats, Trent Olsen, Whitney Bittorf, Justin McDonald, Grant Estes, Agenda: properly noticed; Motion Made by Ashely Staats, Second by Trent Olsen: Motion Carried Minutes: From June 9, 2025, Ashley Staats made motion to approve, second by Trent Olsen, motion Carried Year to Date Call Statistics: 154 calls , 27 no response calls, 82 percent of calls have been responded to. New Member Applications: A few people have requested to become EMR’s, but town would need some members removed. Suggestion made to have a discussion and recommendation at next Agency meeting or training regarding a recommendation to the town board of removal of inactive members to make space for new members who would be more active. New Business: 2026 Budget Proposal – attached excel file reviewed and recommended to board for inclusion in 2026 budget. Equipment needs – PFD vests needed, but EMR surprised on how much was spent on supplies. Trent request a detail of what was purchased so far in 2025.
