Memorandum of Understanding – Sevastopol Athletic Committee. 28
Mark stated that Brooke Tanck and Sevastopol School Superintendent sent an email to mark. Mark 29
will meet with both next week. Superintendent, Randy Anderson would like to understand why the 30
school is paying for the use of the Town Park. Two things of concern from the school are left/left 31
center baseball field, and staying current with making sure all of the lights are working on the fields. 32
There are still some lights that are out, even though they were changed last year. There is a ballast 33
on each pole, so we need to check to see what we need to do to get those lights to work. Left/center 34
field remains wet in the spring and the updates that we have done in the past have not helped as 35
much as anticipated. Dan believes that we should be asking for an increase in the yearly dues for the 36
school and based on the usage and overhead of the Town Park. 37
38
Exterior Remodel of Concession Stand – Estimate. 39
Dan reported that we are trying to upgrade the outside of the concession stand to match the 40
remainder of the park. Dan received a ballpark estimate from Portside of roughly $40,000. He also 41

received another bid from Stickbuilt Structures (Mark Stoeger) of roughly $18,540. We will determine 1
if we can reuse the lady’s restroom door and the front door on the concession stand. Mark Haen will 2
take care of moving the electrical. Mark Stoeger will start the remodel this fall and must be done by 3
the spring when the games start at the fields. Motion by Dan and second by Trent to go with Stickbuilt 4
Structures to remodel the exterior of the concession stand to add a new 36-inch door to the current 5
estimate not to exceed $22,540. Motion carried. 6
7
Interior Remodel of Concession Stand. Mark and Ryan haven’t had time to meet with Jeff Isaksen 8
yet but will as the winter comes. 9
10
Refrigeration. Dan stated that we should purchase a different cooler and Ryan suggested possibly 11
some under the counter coolers. We will look for something that fits the space. 12

Tournaments Application. Motion carried. 15
