2025 BOARD OF REVIEW
Monday, May 19th, 2025, at 6:45 p.m.
Sevastopol Town Hall
4528 State Highway 57, Sturgeon Bay, WI
Call to Order – 2025 Board of Review Pursuant to Sec. 70.47(2), Wisconsin Statutes.
Chairman, Dan Woelfel, called the meeting to order at 6:46 p.m.
Establish Quorum. In addition to Chairman Woelfel, the following Board members
were in attendance and constitute a quorum: Supervisor Jeanne Vogel, Supervisor
Linda Wait, Supervisor Trent Olsen.
Adjourn to Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. or until such time as the 202 5
Assessment Roll is complete . Motion by Wait and second by Vogel to adjourn to
July 22 nd, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., or until such time as the 2025 assessment roll is
complete. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 6:28 p.m.
