EMR Committee Meeting Wednesday, May 7, 2025, 7:30 PM (Following EMR Agency Training) 4528 State Highway 57, (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Called to order: 7:30 Established Quorum: Yes Attendance: Ashley Staats, Trent Olsen, Whitney Bittorf Agenda: properly noticed; Motion Made by Ashely Staats, Second by Trent Olsen: Motion Carried Minutes: Ashley Staats made motion to approve, second by Trent Olsen, motion Carried Year to Date Call Statistics: 73 calls , 16 no response calls 78 percent of calls have been responded to. New Member Applications: reviewed if we can have new members as we are being told that we are over our allotted amount of EMR’s allowed. To add members we would need to remove cap or remove inactive membership. If it is elected to remove inactive members who is listed as inactive. New Business: Review of requested changes to the EMR Bylaws:ByLaw Requests from the Town Chairman were provided by Trent Olsen, Several Issues were raised regarding feasibility and legality that Trent Olsen will take back to the board for review.
