Town Board — Minutes

Ordinance Committee Meeting Tuesday May 6, 2025, 6:00 PM 4528 State Highway 57, (Institute), Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Call to Order. Ordinance Committee Chairman Trent Olsen called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Establish Quorum. The following members were present and constitute a quorum: Trent Olsen, Jeff Schmeckpeper, Linda Wait, Laddie Chapman, and Amy Flok. Proper Notice / Adopt Agenda. Proper notice was confirmed. Motion by Linda and second by Jeff to adopt the agenda. Motion carried. Approve Previous Minutes. Motion by Jeff and second by Laddie to approve the minutes of April 7, 2025. Motion carried. Review updated list with cross references. The ordinances that should be replaced or repealed were presented by Trent. There were also a few ordinances that needed clarification. Identify items for review at May Supervisor’s meeting. Trent would like to update the Board on which ordinances are no longer in effect. Those ordinances are no longer pertinent and will be moved to the archives. Agenda Items for Next Meeting / Meeting Date. Thursday, June 5th at 6:00 p.m. Adjourn.
