4. Approveminutes: Amotiontoapproveminutesassubmittedfor theMay30th, 2024,meetingmadebyKraase; secondedbyGraf.. Motioncarried.
5. Correspondence: WoodstatedtherehavebeenbackandforthcommunicationswithRobynGruner fromAT&T; however, nothingsubstantial hascomefromthatcorrespondence. Discussedthefact that AT&TandthePSCarestill indiscussionregardingthecontract. ThePSChadsent AT&Taletter statingadeadlinetohavethecontract. AT&Twasabletosecureanextensionuntil August 30th. TheleadattorneyforAT&Thasbeenout of theoffice. Thehopeisthat theAugust 30thdeadlinewill bemet.

8. Newbusinessa. Thecontract hasnot yet beenreceivedfromAT&T. Woodstatedthat AT&Thopestohavethecontract tothecommitteebyAugust 30th. Thecontract doesnot reflectanyof theaddressverificationdonebythecommittee. Woodstatedthat shouldhappenafter thecontract isapprovedat thekickoff meetingwithAT&T.b. Votingtoapprovethecontract without havingthefinal versioninhandwasdiscussed.After thediscussion, thecommitteedecidedtowait for thereceipt of thecontractbeforevotingtoapproveit andsendit tothetownattorneyandtownboard.c. Feuersteindiscussedtimelinesfor loansandborrowing. Noactionwill betakenuntilthecontract issigned. Therewasadiscussionabout thetown’sapplicationforcountyfunds. Zettel statedhedidnot believethat theTownof SturgeonBayisnotontheagendafor thenext meeting. Feuersteinstatedhewill checkonthat.d. Project kickoff meetingdiscussion.
