New business a. Review AT&T’s grant application to PSC CPF for Town of Sturgeon Bay b. Discuss BEAD summit and identify action items. c. Discuss any additional clarification and responses from AT&T. d. Discuss contract and public private partnership with AT&T. e. Convene in closed session under Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(e) to deliberate competitive details of AT&T response, consider expenditure of public funds, and discuss negotiating strategies and contract details. f. Reconvene in open session. g.
