CALL TO ORDER WITH ROLL CALL 2. ADOPT THE AGENDA 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4. OPEN SESSION This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the Plan Commissions attention any concerns regarding items listed on or not listed on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person with a maximum of (10) minutes for all items. 5. REQUEST FOR VARIANCE TO EXCEED THE 1.5 ACRE MINIMUM PER DWELLING AND OR COMMERCIAL BUILDING PER 3.05(3) OF THE BUIDING CODE. LOCATED AT 7826 MEMORIAL DRIVE. OWNERS, KEVIN AND CHRISTINE BROWN. 6.
