EGG HARBOR TOWN BOARD PUBLIC HEARING MARCH 4, 2025 AT 6:00 PM Egg Harbor Town Hall, 5242 County I AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER WITH ROLL CALL 2. PROPERLY NOTICED AND ADOPT THE AGENDA 3. FOLLOWING PROCEDURES FOR THE CONDUCT OF THIS PUBLIC HEARING: A. The developer and their representatives will present their project to the Public. B. All Persons wishing to speak after presentation will be limited to three (3) minutes C. A spokesperson representing a special interest group will be allowed ten (10) minutes for such a presentation. Any unused time will not be afforded to succeeding speakers. D. Persons speaking in opposition of the project will speak first after the presentation. E. Anyone speaking in favor of the project will be allotted the same time to provide their comments. F. Time allocation and subject matter allowed is left to the sole discretion of the Town Chairman, without recourse. G. Supervisors will not participate in the discussion of concerns during this Public Hearing. 4. OPEN THE HEARING: CHANGE OF USE AT 4291 COUNTY RD EE, LOMA COTTAGES, TO INCLUDE OUTDOOR PRIVATE GATHERINGS, WEDDING EVENTS, ETC. 5. ADJOURNMENT Notice is hereby given that if a majority of the Plan Commission is present at this meeting, it will constitute a Plan Commission meeting, although the Plan Commission will not take any formal action at this meeting.
