AGENDA PLAN COMMISSION MEETING JULY 18, 2024 6:30PM OR IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE EGG HARBOR PLAN COMMISSION WILL MEET ON THURSDAY JULY 18, 2024 IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARING AT THE TOWN HALL, 5242 COUNTY I, DOOR COUNTY WITH THE FOLLOWING AGENDA: 1. CALL TO ORDER WITH ROLL CALL 2. ADOPT THE AGENDA 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4. OPEN SESSION This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the Plan Commissions attention any concerns regarding items listed on or not listed on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person with a maximum of (10) minutes for all items. 5. RESOLUTION #107EH, PLAN COMMISSION ADOPTION OF THE TOWN OF EGG HARBOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. 6. PROPOSED ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW OF ADDED STORAGE UNITS FOR UNDERDOG STORAGE LOCATED AT 5865 HWY 42. 7. SET DATE FOR AUGUST MEETING. 8. ADJOURNMENT. **ALL ITEMS ON THE FOLLOWING MATTERS MAY BE REVIEWED AND ACTED ON STEVE SCHOPF, CHAIRMAN Notice is given that if a majority of the Town Board is present at this meeting, it will constitute a Town Board Meeting although no formal action will be taken.
