CALL TO ORDER WITH ROLL CALL 2. ADOPT THE AGENDA 3. OPEN SESSION This is an opportunity for members of the audience to bring to the Plan Commissions attention any concerns regarding items listed on or not listed on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person with a maximum of (10) minutes for all items. 4. MEET WITH BAY LAKE REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION ON UPDATING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. A.
