of the Village of Ephraim. Board of Review Meeting Minutes Wednesday, June 3, 2026 – 4:00 PM Present: Kenneth Nelson-Chair, Rick Hoyerman, Matthew Meacham, Tim Nelson, Carly Mulliken Staff: Andrea Collak-Clerk/Treasurer, Myles McKown - Village Assessor - Associated Appraisal Consultants Inc. 1. Call to order: The meeting was called to order by K. Nelson at 4:02 PM. 2. Quorum: A quorum is present for this meeting. 3. Discussion and Consideration of Hearings: The clerk affirmed that at least one member of the Board of Review has attended training requirements set forth in Sec. 70.46(4) of Wisconsin Statutes. The clerk witnessed the assessor signing the roll, and then signed the clerk affidavit in said roll. K. Nelson asked if anyone was present who gave notice of their intent to appear but did not file an objection form. No one responded or came forward. The chair then asked if anyone was present who wished to appear before the Board of Review who had not given written or oral notice at least 48 hours prior to the hearing. No one responded or came forward. There being no one present to appear before the board, K. Nelson declared a recess of the Board of Review at 4:10 PM. The clerk asked the Board of Review members to check the assessment roll for errors in description or computation, and for omitted or double assessments. K. Nelson declared the Board of Review reconvened at 6:00 PM. 4. Adjournment: T. Nelson moved, Hoyerman seconded to adjourn the Board of Review Meeting “sine die” at 6:00 PM, all ayes, and the motion carried.
