CONNECTION INFORMATION BELOW: At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Ephraim Plan Committee on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 7:00 p.m, the committee will consider a conditional use request from Leslie and Roy Harsch to allow a first floor addition/modification on the existing single family residence on the property located at 9931 Water Street. As the PW ordinance does not permit projects resulting in increased footprint, the proposed footprint addition will be offset by the removal of equal square footage of existing footprint on the road side of the home. The zoning ordinance affords such applications this opportunity to be considered by conditional use, subject to the design criteria of the PW Building Replacement ordinance language.
