Road work:
ARIP #00041: Since Door County Highway’s bid did not come in at least 10% lower than Northeast Asphalt,
the only other private bidder, Northeast Asphalt must be awarded the contract based on pre-established

this project still came in well under the original estimate of over $400,000,

A stop sign is missing on School Road. Mark contacted the County, they will replace it and send a bill.
Farm Field Ditch in Kolberg work request. At the last meeting Pagel Farm asked for cost-sharing
consideration to clear a silted ditch. The Board feels this would be setting precedent and, therefore, are unable
to proceed in this way.
Town Park:

time. With this, net funding from the town is $62,191 Joe will be signing the final project contracts following
this meeting.

Cleaning of park Bathrooms: Jim and Penny have been cleaning the bathrooms and restocking supplies. It is
busy, but going well. They have converted to the large TP rolls and it is working out well.
Tractor Disposition: There have been a few inquiries regarding the tractor, however, nothing serious. Based
on age and features (not 4 wheel drive or power steering, etc), decision was made to lower price.
