January 28, 2026 Town of Luxemburg Meeting was called to order by Chairman Linda Jonet at 7:00 PM. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll Call: Linda Jonet, Matt Haen, Leonard Wachal, Jerry Zellner, Edith Lauscher, Kim Bosman Community Present: Public Comments: Approval of the December meeting minutes. Matt moved with a second by Leonard to approve. Motion carried. 2 ayes, 0 nays Reports: ---Treasurer Jerry Zellner stated that as of December 31, 2025 the town has a checking balance of $18,637.88 and the CD of $201,068.54 for a total of $219,706.42. ----Zoning Administrator Edith Lauscher reported receipts; $400.00 Matthew Salentine-Rezone Hearing; $400.00 Nicholas Miesler-Rezone Hearing; Total = $800.00.
