Said land is off Parcel 31 012 20.161. Rusty stated he was squaring off his parcel.Jim Salentine called for a motion to grant the rezoning.Motion to approve the rezone by John Haen, with a 2nd by Greg Ronsman.A unanimous yes from the Plan Commission Board to grant the rezoning of a parcel that measures 5 feet by 80 feet by 30 feet by 60 feet from A-1 Exclusive Ag to R-1 Residential. Said land is off Parcel 31 012 20.161. Motion carried. 5 ayes, 0 naysLinda Jonet then brought the decision to the Town Board. Leonard Wachal motioned to approve the rezoning, with a 2nd by Matt Haen. Motion carried. 2 ayes, 0 naysJim made the request for a motion to adjourn. Motion by Ken Dart and a 2nd by Gene Seidl to adjourn.
