August 27, 2025 Town of LuxemburgMeeting was called to order by Chairman Linda Jonet at 7:00 PM.The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.Roll Call: Linda Jonet, Matt Haen, Leonard Wachal, Jerry Zellner, Edith Lauscher, Kim BosmanCommunity Present: Josh WatrubaPublic Comments: NoneApproval of the July meeting minutes. Correct typing error on State Highway Aid to $39,294.41. Matt moved with a second by Leonard to approve. Motion carried. 2 ayes, 0 naysReports:---Treasurer Jerry Zellner stated that as of July 31, 2025 the town has a checking balance of $160,010.12, ARPA is $46,342.81, and the CD of $197,709.34 for a total of $404,062.27. The ARPA CD comes due in September and it will be moved to the checking for road repairs. ----Zoning Administrator Edith Lauscher reported receipts; $75.00 Megan Barret & Joe Bradford Jr-pool & deck; $75.00 Ronald & Marsha Bellin-addition; $215.00 Ricky De Niel-addition to house; $175.00 Seidl’s Mountain View Dairy-leach pitOld Business:Scott Construction finished River Road today-08/27/25. New Business:Town of Green Bay contacted Linda stating that they are lowering the speed limit on Church/Seidl Road from CTH P to Townline Rd to 45 MPH and asked if we wanted to also lower it from Townline Rd to the Village limits. We will leave it at the 55 MPH but will review again in spring of next year.Will review in spring of next year the Northbrook Road culvert as it is deteriorating on the bottom.Next monthly meeting is Wednesday, September 24th.Motion to approve the monthly bills: Matt moved with a second by Leonard to approve.
