September 24, 2025 Town of LuxemburgMeeting was called to order by Chairman Linda Jonet at 7:00 PM.The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.Roll Call: Linda Jonet, Matt Haen, Leonard Wachal, Jerry Zellner, Edith Lauscher, Kim BosmanCommunity Present: NonePublic Comments: NoneApproval of the August meeting minutes. Leonard moved with a second by Matt to approve. Motion carried. 2 ayes, 0 naysReports:---Treasurer Jerry Zellner stated that as of August 31, 2025 the town has a checking balance of $108,621.51 ARPA is $46,342.81, and the CD of $197,709.34 for a total of $352,673.66. ARPA CD was transferred to checking. ----Zoning Administrator Edith Lauscher reported receipts; $75.00 Steven Zeller-Pole shed; $75.00 Joan Dudek-Fence; $75.00 Adam Zehren-Garden Shed. Total = $225.00. There will be a Planning Commission meeting on October 6th for Joshua Wotruba and October 21st for Nicholas Colle Old Business: NoneNew Business:Grass Cutting: Reviewed maintenance of tractor and storage for winter.Road Report: Supervisors reviewed road signs.Safety Equipment: Batteries in bucks need to be checked and replace, if needed.Repairs needed-Town Hall, vehicles: South wall of town hall needs to be power washed and painted. Gutters also need to be cleaned on east side. Supervisors will complete in the next few weeks.Paser Report: Handed out Paser report to Supervisors to review.LRIP: Hillside Road from Hwy 54 to River Rd (1.26 miles).
