April 21, 2024 Town of LuxemburgMeeting was called to order by Chairman Linda Jonet at 7:00 PM.The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.Roll Call: Linda Jonet, Ken Dart, Leonard Wachal, Jerry Zellner, Edith Lauscher, Glenda DaulCommunity Present: Mike Burnside & Brian Paphlam from Scott ConstructionPublic Comments: Scott Construction gave us some pricing for road maintenance. We accepted the fixing of Heritage Rd -$8,580, Sunset Rd - $36,529 and Navarino Ln - $24,353. They will check into pricing for fixing Poplar, Zimmer Ln and Rojan Court.Approval of the March Meeting Minutes and 2024 Annual Meeting: Leonard moved with a second by Ken to approve. Motion carried. 2 ayes, 0 naysReports:Treasurer Jerry Zellner stated that as of March 31, 2024 the town has a checking balance of $115,263.92, ARPA $77,350.62, and a CD of $186,883.72 for a total of $379,498.26. We received the Lottery credit of $8,100 and our State Road Aid of $39,308.08. All personal property has been paid.Zoning Administrator Edith Lauscher reported the following zoning meeting are being set up: 5/23/24 7PM – Dan Rank & 8PM – Denise Zimmer, 5/29/24 7PM Calvin Abts, 6/3/24 7PM Craig Barrett. Nick Roberts is rebuilding a shed but did not get a building permit. She will visit him on Saturday.New Business:Advertising for LRIP Project on Rendezvous Road will be in the Green Bay paper on 4/29, 5/1 and 5/3.Next monthly meeting is Tuesday, May 21st.Letter regarding culvert pipes replaced and not meeting state statues will be going out to those people, previously notified, to fix in 60 days or the County will fix and bill them for it.Motion to approve the monthly bills: Ken moved with a second by Leonard to approve.
