July 26, 2023 Town of Luxemburg Meeting Meeting called to order by the Town Chairman Linda Jonet at 7:00 PM The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll Call: Linda Jonet, Ken Dart, Leonard Wachal, Jerry Zellner, Edith Lauscher, Glenda Daul Order of Business: Approval of the June Monthly Meeting Minutes - motion made by Leonard Wachal, 2nd by Ken Dart to approve. 2 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: As of 6/30/23 - $66,458.78 in checking, $182,100.09 in one Money Market and $77,698.62 in another Money Market. Zoning Report: Edith Lauscher reported a utility permit was issued to Bug Tussel for Valley Road, Rockledge Road, Natures Way and Cedar Drive for the amount of $6,848.10. New Business: North Adams Road culvert is completed. Rendezvous Road has been pulverized. Next monthly meeting is Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Motion to approve monthly bills made by Leonard Wachal, 2nd by Ken Dart to approve. 2 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried.
