February 23, 2022 February 2022 Town of Luxemburg Meeting Prior to the Meeting being called to order : Tracey Nollenberg, Kewaunee County Emergency Management Director, appeared before the board, to review and update the Town of Luxemburg Emergency Operations Plan. This meeting was to discuss and ensure that the Town Board of Supervisors are aware of what their role is should there be a disaster affecting the town. The Town of Luxemburg Emergency Operations Plan was signed. Meeting called to order by the Town Chairman Linda Jonet at 7:19 PM The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll Call: Linda Jonet, Ken Dart, Leonard Wachal, Jerry Zellner, Edith Lauscher, Glenda Daul Guests: Tracey Nollenberg, Andy Abts, David Zellner Order of Business: Approval of the January Monthly Meeting notes - motion made by Leonard Wachal, 2nd by Ken Dart to approve. 2 ayes, 0 nayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: As of 1/31/22 - $714,724.09 in checking, $178,324.73 in one Money Market and $59,606.82 in another Money Market. Personal Property has not been paid by Thumb Knuckles, The Rendezvous and Scott Weidner Construction. Zoning Report: Edith Lauscher reported Dan Rank is looking into lotting out 1.5 acres on a parcel off Northbrook Road. Andy Abts is looking into putting a pond on his land off Lowell Road and was given the 10.0514 Artificial Lakes and Ponds ordinance regarding his request. New Business: Opened bids regarding the rental of the town open land and accepted the bid from Stahl Brothers Dairy for $3k/yr for 3 years. The town road signs will be checked for reflectiveness and replaced if necessary. The Deadend Road sign on DeBroux Road has been stolen and will be replaced.
