October 26, 2022 Town of Luxemburg Meeting Meeting called to order by the Town Chairman Linda Jonet at 7:00 PM The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll Call: Linda Jonet, Ken Dart, Leonard Wachal, Jerry Zellner, Edith Lauscher, Glenda Daul Community Members: Krystal and Terry Dart Public Comments: None Order of Business: Approval of the September Monthly Meeting with Zoning Minutes - motion made by Leonard Wachal, 2nd by Ken Dart to approve. 2 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: As of 9/30/22 - $39257.18 in checking, $178,751.68 in one Money Market and $135,992.09 in another Money Market. Zoning Report: Edith Lauscher reported issuing a building permit for Andy Abts remodel and Tom Conard for building a shed. Terry Dart would like to rezone 4.36 acres from A-1 to R-1. People are having a hard time reaching Scott Beining. It was recommended to email him. Old Business: Leonard reported he picked up 2 loads of blacktop for patching, which is almost done. We have leftovers for later use. New Business: The tractor joystick is still not fixed. We are almost done grass cutting. Linda updated us with things talked about at the WTA Convention. We will be getting the bill for the Tender in the end of November. Public Budget viewing is November 10 at 6 PM.
