July 28, 2022 Town of Luxemburg Plan Commission Meeting Meeting called to order by the Zoning Administrator Edith Lauscher at 7:15 PM Plan Commission Board members present: John Haen Greg Ronsman Jerry Meisler Paul Rank Gene Seidl Town Board Members: Linda Jonet - Chairman Ken Dart - Supervisor #1 Leonard Wachal - Supervisor #2 Glenda Daul - Clerk Community Members in attendance: Adam Zehren Marissa Zehren Jim Salentine Kayla Bosman Kim Bosman Brad Bosman Len Yanda Adam Zehren requests to rezone 12.1 acres on parcel 31 012 19.142 from A-1 to R-1 on Walhain Road. Conditions of rezone: Single Family dwelling that they live in. After a year, if not built, will need to come back for a new permit which will be $200 for a meeting. Also need to check regarding placing a culvert in the waterway with Land and Conservation. Edith Lauscher - request motion to grant or deny the rezone John Haen - motion to grant or deny the rezone Greg Ronsman - motion to grant rezone Paul Rank - 2nd the motion Unanimous yes from the Plan Commission Board to grant rezone for R-1 for Adam Zehren.
