November 23, 2021 November 2021 Luxemburg Planning Commission Meeting and Town Board Meeting began at 7:00 PM Attendance: Linda Jonet, Ken Dart(excused), Leonard Wachal, Edith Lauscher, Glenda Daul, Gerald Zellner, Jim Salentine Guests: Mike Peot, Jim Reckelberg, Craig and Kari Barrett Review of the updated Chapter 10.0307 R-1 Residential District of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance was reviewed and discussed. Motion to approve by Leonard Wachal and second by Linda Jonet. 2 ayes and 0 nayes. Motion to adjourn by Linda Jonet and approved by Leonard Wachal. 2 ayes and 0 nayes. Meeting adjourned at 7:07 PM.
