October 26, 2021 October 2021 Town of Luxemburg Meeting Meeting called to order by the Town Chairman Linda Jonet at 7:00 PM The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll Call: Linda Jonet, Ken Dart, Leonard Wachal, Gerald Zellner, Edith Lauscher, Glenda Daul Guest: Order of Business: Approval of the September 2021 meeting, September/October Planning meetings and October Supervisory/District Meeting - motion made by Leonard Wachal, 2nd by Ken Dart to approve. 2 ayes, 0 nayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: As of 9/30/21 - $67,219.64 in checking, $177,965.57 in one Money Market and $77,245.39 in another Money Market. We received the State highway aid of $37,869.48 on October 4th. Zoning Report: Edith issued a building permit for Patrick Koeller to build a shed. She met with Brandon Robinson on the finalization of the R-1 Residential ordinance. There will be a public hearing on November 23rd for the Zoning Ordinance at 7PM.. New Business: We are able to receive LRIP Allocating Funds. A motion to authorize this was made by Ken Dart, 2nd by Leonard Wachal. 2 ayes, 0 nayes. The 2022 Budget Workshop will be November 3rd at 7 PM. We have started our last grass cutting. Redistricting stayed the same as before. There is a WTA meeting at 7 PM on November 15th at Ahnapee. The 2022 Fire Department Levy will be $80,681.41. The culverts on Rockledge Road by DuBois and Weir were jetted out. The next Town Board monthly meeting will be on Tuesday, November 23rd, after the Zoning hearing. The ad for asphalt was removed from the paper. It was inadvertently put in. Motion to approve monthly bills made by Ken Dart, 2nd by Leonard Wachal. 2 ayes, 0 nayes. Motion carried. Motion made at 7:30 PM to adjourn by Ken Dart, 2nd by Leonard Wachal. 2 ayes, 0 nayes.
