October 14, 2021 October 2021 Luxemburg Planning Commission Meeting and Town Board Meeting began at 7:00 PM Attendance: Linda Jonet, Ken Dart, Leonard Wachal, Edith Lauscher, Glenda Daul, Gerald Zellner, Jim Salentine, Greg Ronsman, Gene Seidl Guests: Brandon Robinson of Bay Lakes Planning, David Zellner Review of Chapter 10.0307 R-1 Residential District of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance was reviewed and discussed. It was agreed upon to keep R-1 as is with the change to the minimum lot area as 1.5 acres and remove the cap for Sections E and F. Meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM. Glenda Daul Town Clerk
