July 28, 2021 July 2021 Town of Luxemburg Meeting Meeting called to order by the Town Chairman Linda Jonet at 7:03 PM The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Roll Call: Linda Jonet, Ken Dart, Leonard Wachal (excused), Gerald Zellner, Edith Lauscher, Glenda Daul Guest: Amanda Nimmer Order of Business: Amanda Nimmer asked if fixing the dip between the Zellner’s on Northbrook Road was going to be fixed. Not at this time. Approval of the June 2021 meeting - motion made by Ken Dart, 2nd by Linda Jonet to approve. 2 ayes, 0 nayes. Motion carried. Treasurer’s Report: $186,126.81 in checking and $177,614.26 in the Money Market. We received 1/2 ARPA distribution of $77,245.39 which will be put in a separate account. Zoning Report: 2 building permits were issued. One to Kurt Heim & one to Craig Dean. Old Business: Walhain Road, Lowell Road and Nachurs Way Roads have been fixed. The school bus sign on River Road will have to be moved. New Business: We may be interested in the All-Hazardness Preparedness Program being offered by Tracey Nolenberg but we need more info. 9/21/21 is the 2021 Fall Workshop. The county still has not done the Valley Bridge. 8/16/21 is the August County Town Meeting at Ebert Enterprises. The Town Board meetings for August and October are being changed to 8/24/21 and 10/26/21. We will be getting $6,548.16 from the State for the 2021 fire dues.
