April 28, 2021 April 2021 Town of Luxemburg Meeting Meeting called to order by the Town Chairman LindaJonet at 7:03 PM The Pledge of Allegiance was recited Roll Call: Linda Jonet, Ken Dart, Leonard Wachal,Gerald Zellner, Jerry Bertrand, GlendaDaulGuests: Laura Dart, Bernie LeRoy, Brian Peot, GlenStahl, Kurt Heim Order of Business:Public Comments - Bernie LeRoy stated he did not getnew garbage pickup info and neitherdid Dorothy Heim. Picked up copies in the hall todistribute. Linda Jonet stated she alsohad distributed some schedules to those who contactedher.Brian Peot presented Linda Jonet with the papers tosign for the Earl Martin Sr. & Kurt Heimtransactions. Approval of the March 2021 meeting minutes and zoningminutes - motion made by Ken Dart,2nd by Leonard Wachal to approve. 2 ayes, 0 nayes.Motion carried Treasurer’s report: $125,585.28 in checking and $177,384.31in the Money Market.Personal property tax still needed yet from the Rendezvousand Dale Kratz. Old Business:Laura Dart presented our new website. Wix.com hostingfee is $360 for 3 years. Domainfee is $27.19 a year. She will monitor our site andpost for us when needed. Our newwebsite will bewww.townofluxemburgwi.comand shouldbe up by 5/1/2021. New Business:American Rescue plan will be around $140k-$150k whichwe should get around May 15th.We will check into the new voting machines which arecosting $122,045 with the countypaying $54k and the rest by the townships to see ifwe can use the money for them. Riding the roads will be done May 4th at 9 AM.The Town Hall is being rented out on May 22nd to JamesDoell.We are in the Luxemburg Rummage Sale on May 14-15,2021 to sell the table and couple ofbenches.Motion to close session made by Leonard Wachal, 2ndby Ken Dart at 7:35 PM.Open Session resumed at 7:45 PM.The Town Board made a decision to not reappoint JerryBertrand as Zoning Administrator.Motion to approve monthly bills made by Ken Dart,2nd by Leonard Wachal.
