January 6th Organizational Board Meeting

January 6, 2015 At 7:00 PM , Supervisor Gayle Ashbery called to order the Organizational Meetin g of the Town Board of the Tow n o f Carlton. Present were the followin g Board members: Councilwoman Joyce Harris, Councilman Robin Lake. Councilma n Dana Woolsto n and Councilman James Shoemaker were excused. Also present was Dave Krull , Highwa y Supt. Roll Cal l and Pledge of Allegiance were done. Under New Business, a motion by Mrs. Harris to appoint Chris Beryle to the Planning Board term ending 12/31/2021 and Dic k Cook as AlternatezyxwvutsrqponmlkjihgfedcbaZYXWVUTSRQPONMLKJIHGFEDCBA was seconded by Mr. Lake and carried. A motio n by Mr . Lake to appoint Margaret Danaher, Chairman to the ZB A term ending 12/31/2019 and Alternates Mar k Jones, Courtney DePaula and Mathew Bush as Alternates was seconded by Mrs. Harris and carried. A motio n by Mrs. Harris to appoint Lynda Woolston, Code Enforcement Officer , salary $11,374.00 was seconded by Mr. Lake and carried. A motion by Mr. Lake to appoint Lynda Woolston, Zoning Enforcement Officer , salary $14,126.00 was seconded by Mrs. Harris and carried. A motion by Mrs. Harris to approve the appointments o n Attachment #1 was seconded by Mr. Lake and carried. A motio n by Mrs. Harris to hire Chatfield Engineering as Tow n Engineer was seconded by Mr . Lake and carried. A motio n by Mrs. Harris to set the 2015 Tow n Board meetings for the second Tuesday of every mont h beginning January 13, 2015 at 7:00 P M and Worksho p meetings for the 4"^ Thursday o f each beginning January 22, 2015 at 7:00 P M was seconded by Mr .
