The Committee asked how we compared to other counties and Scheinoha responded that we are a bit higher than some, but that he felt that the amount of administrative time committed related to the fees proposed was still appropriate. There was some discussion around what some of the permits consist of that followed, specifically the annual service permit (ASP). Updated Manure Distribution in Right of Way Policy: Commissioner Scheinoha explained a brief history of the policy dating back to 2013 and updated a few times over the years.
