CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Health and Human Services Chair Schwalenberg. II. ROLL CALL AND INTRODUCTIONS: It was determined the meeting was properly announced and a quorum was present. Introductions were made. III. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Schwalenberg asked all present to join her in repeating the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. IV. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Motion by Hartl, seconded by Lowey, to approve the July 13th, 2026, Health and Human Services Board agenda. MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. V. APPROVAL OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES BOARD MINUTES: Motion by Lowey, seconded by Laughrin, to approve the May 11th, 2026, Health and Human Services Board Minutes. MOTION CARRIED. VI. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: None VII. COMMUNICATIONS: None VIII. ITEMS FOR ACTION OR DISCUSSION FROM HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT: A. None IX. REPORT OF THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT: A. Romenesko provided financial updates for placements and other cost drivers B. Mediation presentation by Romenesko C. Quality control for income maintenance and funding updates provided by Birkey D. Romenesko provided updates for the Supportive Home Care program implementation X. REPORT OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS: A. There were no official meetings held in the past month. B. Upcoming Events i. Wisconsin Association of Local Health Departments and Boards (WALHDAB) Operations Conference, Wisconsin Dells, February 17-18, 2027 XI.
