Board of Review Minutes 9182025

City of New Holstein Board of Review City Hall 4:00 P.M. September 18, 2025 2110 Washington St. The meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M. by Scott Depies. Clerk of the Board of Review, Scott Depies, took roll call by name. Present at roll call were Board of Review Members – Gene Woelfel, Becca Mosier, Norm Propson, Kathy Schroeder, Board of Review Clerk Scott Depies. Also present was City Assessor, Kris Bodouski and Deputy City Clerk, Lori Beck. Clerk of the Board Depies verified that notices were posted and published. Election of Chairperson. Depies called for nominations for Chairperson. Mosier nominated Woelfel, seconded by Propson. No additional nominations were made, Depies moved to vote, which was carried, and announced Woelfel as Chairperson. Election of Vice-Chairperson. Chairperson Depies called for nominations for Vice-Chairperson. Woelfel nominated Propson, seconded by Mosier. No additional nominations were made, and Depies moved to vote, which was carried, and announced Propson as Vice-Chairperson. Clerk of the Board Depies verified the Affidavits of Attendance of training for Kathy Schroeder, Norm Propson and Scott Depies. Clerk of the Board Depies verified that New Holstein has an ordinance for confidentiality of income and expense information provided to the Assessor. Clerk of the Board Depies received the assessment roll from Assessor Kris Bodouski. The Board examined the assessment roll. No action taken as no corrections were made. No considerations taken as no objections were made. There being no objectors, Clerk of the Board Depies adjourned the meeting at 6:00 P.M. Scott Depies Clerk of the Board of Review
