JOINT REVIEW BOARD MEETING MINUTES November 12, 2024, 5:00 PM Location: City Hall, 2110 Washington St, New Holstein WI 53061 Members Present: Richard Snelson; Carrie Kasubaski, Moraine Park Technical College; Dan Nett, New Holstein School District; Mike Stutz Others Present: Phil Cosson and Casey Griffiths, Ehlers, Cullen Peltier The meeting was called to order by Mayor Snelson. It was noted that the meeting was properly announced. Peltier called roll call. A motion was made by Nettt, seconded by Kasubaski, and carried to approve the agenda. A motion was made by Kasubaski, seconded by Snelson, and carried to approve Mike Stutz as the Public Member. A motion was made by Kasubaski, seconded by Nett, and carried to nominate Snelson as the Board Chairperson. Phil Cosson and Casey Griffiths provided an update and overview of the reports, performance, and status of the City’s Active Tax Incremental Districts #4, #5, and #6. A motion was made by Nett, seconded by Stutz, and carried to approve the Resolution Acknowledging Filing of Annual Reports and Compliance with Annual Meeting Requirement.
