Town Annual Meeting Minutes 7:00 PM April 21, 2026 UNAPPROVED Stockbridge Community Hall Joe Kuhn ( Chairman) called the meeting to order at 7 PM. Present w ere Supervisors Mark Ecker and Jon Gr oeschl, Clerk Steve Phipps, Treasurer Andrea Ortlieb, Ralph Schmid, Jennifer Nadler-Lont, Charles Ecker. Jon moved to approve the minutes of the last annual meeting on April 15, 2025 and the town budget hearing and special town meeting on November 14, 2025. Mark E. 2nd. M/C. Joe asked if anyone had any questions or comments: Seeing no immediate action, Joe updated everyone about the pick-up truck sale, status of his conversation with an engineer about improvements to the salt shed, expectations of the new plow truck arriving in the winter of 2026, LRIP grant not being funded and hope to pave 2 +/- miles and chip seal 2 +/- miles this year. A 2025 financial statement was available for all. In response to Jon’s question, Joe shared the town did not have the winning bid for the shoulder conveyor. It sold for more that what Mark T. thought it was worth. Chuck asked about the reserve fund for the Fire Department and Andrea shared the balance with everyone was about $10,000.00. General discussion occurred about fire department operations, fundraising, account separation with and axillary organization, anticipated future issues from borrowing/loans to expenses of funding everything from trucks to youth scholarships.
