Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Verify open meeting notices have been given. 4. Approval of Agenda. a. Public comment (3 min./person max – 8 min. aggregate limit). If more than 8 minutes is requested meeting will be rescheduled to a later date. 5. Approval of the January 14, 2025 meeting minutes. 6. Review/Action of Certified Survey Maps submitted if any. 7. Hwy EE UTV/ATV resolution permitting usage . 8. Liquor Server’s operator’s license. 9. Adjourn Discussion and/or action may take place on any of the above agenda items .
