Town Board Minutes 8:01 PM Tuesday, October 20, 2020 APPROVED BY BOARD Stockbridge Community Hall Chairman Ken Schaefer called the meeting to order at 8:01 PM. Present were Supervisors Mark Ecker and Dean Joas, Clerk Steve Phipps. Pledge of Allegiance was recited. No one else was present. Clerk Steve indicated the meeting has been properly posted. Dean Joas moved and Mark Ecker 2 nd to approve the meeting minutes of Wednesday, October 14th meeting minutes. M/C. Ken reported on a conversation with Matt Greely of McMahon Eng. Relating to the land development taking place near Mud Creek Road with village and town limits. Concerns were discussed about road maintenance, tax base loss if property was detached from the town, conditions of extension of sewer and notifying property owners. No action was taken. Routes to Recovery (R2R) Grant: Dean requested the town buy a conference table top phone in addition to the other items hoping to be covered by the grant and purchasing all electronics from Suess Electronics over Amazon was preferred. Also, a 2nd laptop to reduce communications between the clerk and road supervisor may be grant eligible for R2R grant. All board members agreed to buy those items and the vendor preference.
