Verify open meeting notices have been given. 4. Approval of Agenda. 5. Public comment (Sign in and time limit may be imposed). 6. Approval of the May 11, 2022 meeting minutes. 7. Trash and Recycling Service Update and possible contractor change. * 8. 205 S. Military St. Stockbridge. a. Improvements for rentability. b. Rental terms and conditions. 9. Adjourn Discussion and/or action may take place on any of the above agenda items. * The board may go into closed session to discuss employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of public employees, potential litigation, public service agreements requiring negotiation and purchase of real estate over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
