Monthly Meeting — Minutes

Monthly Meeting –June 10, 2026 Shane Peik called the monthly meeting to order at 7PM. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the previous meetings minutes as read. Motion Carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the bid received from Northeast Asphalt for the LRIP project in the amount of 329,229.40. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve and pay all bills presented to the town board. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to prepare a resolution for the ATC alternate route. Motion carried. Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to approve the liquor license for the Old Redwood Grove for July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027. Motion carried. Travis Kurscheidt made a motion that was second by Don Bonlander to approve the Scott Construction bid for town driveway, including additional wedging work to be determined up to $25,000. Motion carried. The next monthly meeting was scheduled for July 7 at 7PM Don Bonlander made a motion that was second by Travis Kurscheidt to adjourn at 8:30PM. Motion carried. Kim Mueller Town Clerk
